The final features of the plane will be:

Functional air brakes
Bomb release
rotating rear gun w/ simulated gun fire
simulated gun fire from the 2 nose guns

Phrank did a great job on modeling the plane, I figured I'd spare no details on the physics side of it and as plainly seen, Junkyboy's sparing nothing with the CS. All in all it's a very fun plane to fly

I'm not trying to me mean or anything, but i honestly hate the simulated gun fire.
The idea is fine, it's just that RF's smoke looks so darn terrible.

I've gotten a very good response from people with it on the P-40 and P-47. people think it's fun for when you're dogfighting. If people don't like it, they don't have to use it, but I will oblige the majority from what I've heard. Thanks for your thoughts though

Yea, i wouldn't blame you, i'd blame RF just because it replicates terrible smoke.
Only problem is on G4 there isn't too many people that like to dogfight.
Beatiful smoke replicated here :http://rcuvideos.com/item/79T45TB7CPMC1P6T

Once again, I'm not on G-4 plenty on G3 that do. If you'd like to convert it for G4, I'd have no problem with that and I'm sure phrank wouldn't either. Just take out the smoke units and you're good to go

Looking good! You got a lot of nerve calling yourself Junkboy and then doing that kind of work.

Are the holes set up on an ALPHA channel like phrank did? His turned out excellent...and it's nearly a must that they are visual "holes" and not painted on.

Yes, Junkboy set them up on the alpha channel as phrank did. he's doing a great job on the CS and phrank did a great job on the model. it was very easy to take on the Dauntless for phrank, not much, but a small way of saying thanks for the help he's given me. now I need a way to thank pplace, dhk, crashed again and a couple others...lol

LOL
I've been there....... Start going to bed late, it's really bad when you start dreaming about it. Then you know you're overdoing it.

Again, you kids are doing great job. Let me know if I can assist.

Cheers,
Frank....

The CS for the Dauntless is almost done. Junkboy has been very busy with work. You know, that pesky little 4 letter word that gets in everybodys way of having fun it'll be on swaps very soon
