RF7.5 and wmvcore.dll issueH

Hi,

I just installed RF7.0 which again are upgraded to latest 7.5, but when I run this program it fails with this error messages below, please advise.


Error msg:
cannot find import dll may be missing corupt or
wrong version file wmvcore.dll error 126


To Info:
- Installed as admin
- runs as admin.
- defender disabled
- no other antivirus installed.
- Fully new installed win10/64b updated to current date 23/2 2019. (pc-01)
- Even tried on second pc (pc-02), also newly installed win10/64b updated to current date 23/2 2019. (same issue as first pc-01)

Thanks for the advice :-), but it didnt fix my issue
(or do I need to reinstall hole RF again ?)

Only other thing I can think of is it might be a dependency issue with another dll. This error can happen because some MFC library (eg. mfc120.dll) from which the DLL is dependent is missing in windows/system32 folder.

I would contact KE tech support if you can't resolve this on your own.
