Looking for someone who can model a A-6 Intruder

A6-A version with the Color Scheme
VA-52 KnightRiders
CV-63 Kitty Hawk #506
Lt. Bob "Easy" Sears

This is the plane my friend flew in 'nam 70-71

It would mean a lot to him if he could fly it in real flight 8 ...

He doesn't have much time left as he is battling cancer...

I would greatly appreciate it and willing to sweeten the pot, for anyone that makes the effort.

There is an Intruder on the swap pages, I can`t recall how to post a link, BUT, if you click on my username/look at my files, then click on the CS I`ve done for it it will get you to EA of it.

Yeah, We have that one ... it has a few issues that we can't seem to figure out. Bombs drop as soon as it loads up ... and it flies really funky. Neither one of us can get it to fly decent.

It is a nice looking model, but the physics just seem wrong. We both have RF8.

It would be nice if it could be updated and made to fly decent using the our spektrum 8 ch. radios ...

And then, it would really be special to have the color scheme I posted pictures to. It would probably bring a tear to his eye.

He also has stick time in the T-28 ... that is why he is drooling over the model we currently have that was done for the carbon z t-28...

But he has no Idea what is coming down the pipe, with what Technoid is creating.

Well, I really can`t speak to the problem with the bombs, except that your using different radios (spektrum), it`s probably not dialed in for this particular model. But will function properly with the Interlink Elite. As for the physics, that`s something that will have to be modified for RF8 (in the editor) as, this plane has come from an earlier version of RF and the physics are different between those versions. I`m not going to speak for Broke Dad, but he likes doing AV`s, he might chime in. ???

doesn't work with my Tactic TTX610 that came with RF7.5 either ... But it could be that I am a returning noob, and have forgot a few things in my absence. So I find myself relearning a lot ... and my old brain cell is in overload ...

here is a quick physics change to make it fly a bit better and i change the channel 5 switch so that in the normal position for high rate the bombs do not drop go to low rates they do , also i changed the CG to make it a little more stable , that being said this plane does not have ailerons as such just the upper control surface moves , gives the flight a funny feeling , also the flap dial channel 6 works the flaps only up to 1/2 travel of the dial any more the airbrakes come on at the wing tips which is great for steep decent landings ok i'll put the latest AV of the A6 on here so do not down load this one
Attached Files
File Type: rfx Grumman A-6 Intruder RF 8_AV.RFX (56.1 KB, 5 views)

The problem there OP is having is the reason why people should al just get the interlink version of RealFlight. You don't have to fix a model to work with just your settings since everyone uses different settings on their personal transmitters.

The physics on that particular model could use a update, since it's a G4.5 model there has been a lot of things change into the sim. I might have a crack at it tonight, but not promises and it will be set up for use with the interlink elite/InterLink-X.

I'll take a look at it in RF8. I do have a Spektrum DX9 as well as the Interlink. The DX9 I can get 8 channels recognized with the wireless module. Usually I just fly with the Interlink though.
I see Doug already did a quick AV though.

Besides the Physics Tweak for RF 8, It would appear, he was Also looking for "That Color Scheme".
