3.5 prob

I keep getting the same error msg when I try and start using an old copy I have for my kids on this new laptop.....its KEError 32495 I think it has something to do with direct x but I have redownloaded it but same thing I done everything 3 times and iv used this disk for a long time so I know its the download or pc so can some one plz help wanna get the kids flying...

A little confusion here.
You've posted in RealFlight Basic, about a 3.5 Problem?
Using "Search" 32495
General consistences seems to point to a disk read issue. OR Disk; Corrupt, Scratched, Cracked, etc.
The common solution seems to be, Contact Tech Support. Check the Gray Bar near the top of the Forum.
If Possible, Contacting via Telephone (during their work hours) is the best/fastest way to get one on one help.
