A really quick update. I've made quite a bit of progress so I thought I'd upload some pictures for you. Watching a movie with the wife right now.

Well have fun sitting, watching, and earning

I didn't know what kind of CS to do for this plane but since it had the big radial on it I thought a WWII Navy theme would look good. There's nothing scale there just a fun sport plane.

Thanks guys I'm glad you like it. I didn't care for the frame I put around the instrument panel so I went back and took it out. I also tweaked the physics and modified the engine curve so it's where legoman mentioned it should be for the top RPM for a Moki. The engine tops out at around 6,350 at 90 mph in level flight so it's more inline with what a Moki with all the performance mods would do. And I have to admit I like it better now because I like planes that fly around that speed the best. Fast planes are cool but mostly I like to fly around like a normal plane at the field. I'm close to releasing a beta now I just need to check everything over to make sure I didn't mess something up.

This might be the last plane I design I put so much work into these planes they should be something real, not my own design. I'm not sure where I'll go next, that being modeling a real plane or a real RC model.. but either way I think I'll be moving to modeling something real.

Here's a picture of the dash after I removed the frame around it.

Looking GREAT Tech. The CS really works well for the plane !! It would be nice to see you do a "real" plane, Yeah, they can a pain at times, mostly due to details, which your real good at anyway, So. it really wouldn`t be much of change for you, and besides, you`ve already dipped your toes in that pond, and I`m sure you found the end results way more than gratifying.

Yeah I've done two or three now and they are fun to do, but fighting the details is a pain sometimes. I've been thinking about two different real planes so that may be where I go next. One warbird (V12) and one civilian plane (dual radials).
