I went back and fixed the problems in the cockpit so I'll be starting the mapping again next. I'm not sure when I'll get back to it but probably tomorrow morning while drinking coffee. These days coffee is the only thing that keeps me going I think.

I thought I'd map a few more things this morning but I kept working till everything was mapped so the first pass of mapping is finished. I still have to go back and resize and move all the parts to the grid where you make the CS TGA file from but things are moving right a long. But if I wanted it to look like a real Junk Plane I could leave it the way it is. Remember this plane started out as a copy of Stagger but I resized and reshaped all the parts and moved everything around too, so the mapping will be quite a bit different when I'm finished. BUT.. here's a look at what it looks like now, that sure looks like a junky plane to me.

Glad it's moving along. I've been out flying some of my helis today. I have two new ones on order (Nano S2 and Fusion 360) like I need more . Definitely needs a "Junker" themed CS. Maybe a trash can emblem on it somewhere.

After I started making it look like a giant somethin' else I decided to change the name when I release it. I'm not sure what yet, but not Junker. The truth it Junker may still be on my list but not right now. Like always I change stuff as I go, this time everything got changed even the name.

I'm getting ready to resize and move all the parts to the grid. It's always funny to look at it before resizing everything it looks too large for the grid. But it's not that hard to resize and move everything it just takes some time and patience. And resizing and moving things more than once. But it'll get there.

Well here's the finished mapping. I'll probably go back and add a spinner once I get the plane going I didn't think about it before. I'll probably add the fuel line and throttle linkage too. Ha.. I always forget something.

I didn't mention it but I've also worked on the color scheme. I have all the parts colored with a plain white plane but I haven't added the stripes yet. So next is creating the physics so I can fly it. Then I'll finish the color scheme like the Somethin' Extra.

The CS reminds me of the one on a Piper Cherokee.

Looks great, I like the color choice and the pin-stripe effect.
Those gauges appear ready to go, nice feature. Thanks Technoid.

I decided to finish the color scheme before I started on the physics, that way I get to fly the plane looking good while I tweak the physics. In the end the rib cages will show slightly like they do on Stagger Sport and Stagger Sport EP. But not a lot like they do in Stagger Sport Gas. Just a hint so you know they're there.
