All I can say is YES!!! I like this more than the Lazy Eight series. Love the concept and the shape.

I did a fair amount of work to Excursion this morning but I had a Dr. Appt. in Dallas so I had to quit and go there about 11:30 and that took all afternoon. Then today is grocery shopping day so I did that and was worn out so I laid down and took a nap. But this morning I woke up fairly early and did some work on it, or should I said reworked something. When I added the 9 cylinder radial I did for the T-28 I had to resize it to fit the booms on Excursion and didn't do it right so the engine wasn't scaled correctly. They looked fine from the front but if you looked at them from the top everything was stretched looking (longer than it should be). And it was pretty bad so I went back and rescaled the left engine and also tweaked some places that needed to be fixed. After that was finished I deleted the right engine and mirrored the left engine to the right engine. So I did quite a bit of work to fix something you couldn't really see since the engine is in a cowl. But once I seen what I messed up I had to fix it. So yeah lots of work but no progress. Ha!

Okay a bit of progress before I go to bed. I just added the rear deck see what you think. Does it work? There will be a wall just inside the rear deck and the floors will be made flat. That should be enough room for a nice chair and ice chest for some fishing on the lake.

You can't see the cooler but it's beside the chair and the fishing poles are on the wall. And some scuba tanks on the wall you can see.

Link to plane on the swap pages.

Looks good Technoid, interesting idea ! (flying fishing lodge) and up front we have the bubble canopy for excellent views while exploring, plus the sound of two big radial engines to provide music to our ears. Awesome.

ha.. Yeah just another one of my crazy planes. Way back when Uncle Twist said he thought of my planes as 'fantasy planes' he hit the nail on the head. I'm not really weird.. just strange

A short update. I tweaked the rear deck a bit this morning and leveled the floor so now I can start putting in some furniture. Well I suppose I should adjust the float struts and fit them to the fuselage first I just hid them so I could work on the floor. I think I'll grab what furniture I can from Sea Cruise to save some time modeling the furniture.

I just finished putting in the furniture and all of the furniture from Sea Cruise fit so Excursion is set for a weekend trip.

Just in case you forgot here's what's in there.

1. HDTV mounted on a Media Chest.
2. Router connected VIA 4G LTE.
3. Blu-ray Player.
4. Four Drawers for Personal Storage.
5. Microwave Oven.
6. Compact Refrigerator.
7. Compact Range.
8. Two Reclining Chairs.
9. King Sized Bed.
10. Chair for Fishing.
11. Storage Chest for Cold Drinks.

I'll add the fishing poles after I add the cabin wall and door.

This is a limited edition luxury personal water craft so put in your orders now.
