Does the real bipe float like the G3 bipe? I just can't fathom even a foamy floating like that. If it does, I don't think flying in anything more than 5 to 8 mph wind would be any fun at all. Flying backwards would be fun, but having the model blown downrange during high alpha maneuvers in no time would be a bummer...

well, there is a VPP version posted on the first page with the origional flight model. I didn't do a VPP of the edit that flys real. I can probably if you want, but I've never flown a VPP in real life and I don't have my real RCU anymore.(not my fault entirely either)

Simply putting a reversing pod on your edit, should do the trick though.

Not hard at all.

Out of curiosity, did you not like the RCU?

I loved it, but a plane taxied at a high rate of speed(motor still running) into the pilots area and I ditched my RCU to look for the loose plane that had already hit someone.

Oh BTW, I could do that and anyone could as well, but a VPP system adds weight to the nose of the plane and I don't know how much and the distribution.

I'll make it VPP if you want. I'll probably have time later to do that.

While I don't know, as I've never flown one... some of the RCUniverse videos suggest that this may not be too far off the mark.

There is one where the bipe is flying in a slight breeze and you can see it being pushed back in forward flight, and crabbing like crazy to land.

The edit that I did flys exactly like my real RCU bipe flew. The origional G3 version is a little more floaty.
