That Decathlon is total crap. For one, it has straight landing gear.(not the Extra 330 type on the G3 plane) Number 2, it doesn't even fly like a Decathlon. It's not even close!

I have fixed it, but I'm tired of sifting through pages of EAs and AVs to find the right one.

I have no idea how to make these models and the last thing I would do would be to complain to someone who is obviously working hard to make them ...... if i download a model and dont like it ..... i delete it ....... if we complain and have a go at these nice people that make them then they will give up .... then where would we get new free models from?????

Pilatus: help

I noticed the brakes are the flap knob and the flaps are the rate knob on my controller. Is there any way I can get these knobs to operate like the other airplanes? {flap knob controls flaps, rate knob controls high/low rate?}

Go to the very first post in the thread.

He has attached the files to his first post.

They should be visible to you in blue.

RIGHT CLICK on any file and click on "save as".

Navigate to the target folder, to save time go right to

C:\Program Files\RealflightG3\G3X and hit save.

Now start up G3.

Make sure it has been upgraded to at least .430.

Now click File/Import in G3.

You should be right at the G3X folder with all of the downloaded plane files visible.

Start with one of the "EA" files.

EA = Entire Aircraft.

Usually everything else is based upon a "base" plane.

EA files contain everything in one file.

You must have a "base" plane for each variant or colorscheme you install.

Once you have installed a base plane, try one of the variants or colorschemes.

CS = Colorscheme
AV = Aircraft variant.

Once done, look for the file in the "Custom Aircraft" heading in the aircraft menu.

Variants will appear as sub-entries.

Colorschemes will show up as available after you have selected the appropriate base plane.

Very sensible IMHO.
