Very nicely done!! I wish it had a little more control surface throw, but I imagine it was intentionally left a little on the unresponsive side of the spectrum for scale appeal. It really flies like a bear, just like the real thing =)

Again, well done!

It's more than just "scale appeal" though.

Increasing the throws with the high wing loading will cause it to fall out of the sky during fast turns.

It already snap rolls easily as it is, just imagine it with more elevator movement!

If you want to try, just change the elevator deflection to higher values.

It "feels" like a heavy plane...

Hey guys, the battleship is in the G2 Add-Ons. All the G2 airports work in G3.

Here are a couple tricks with the Hellcat.

These are a couple of variants
They are easier to fly and about half the size

Please do not make variants for upload to any server. It is a copyright model and must remain as it is. Thank you.

Hi Teisco,

The only bits you can modify WITHOUT the original 3d model are the parameters in G3's editor and the colorscheme/texture, are you saying these are copyrighted

BTW you might want to look at the licence agrement for the KEMAX exporter ...

Quote:
SECTION 4. OWNERSHIP

All right, title, and interest in the Software, including any updates or revisions thereto, is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Owner, its licensors, and their successors and assigns. All derivative works, based upon the Software, are the sole and exclusive property of the Owner and its successors and assigns. Other than the limited license explicitly set forth in this Agreement, no interest in or rights or licenses to the Software are granted to you, and no interest in or rights or licenses to the Software shall inure in or accrue to you, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. All rights of any kind in the Software that are not expressly granted in this Agreement are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by the Owner, its licensors, and their successors and assigns.
"the owner" being Knife Edge Software

regards,

Tony

Yes that is true and you can modify these planes all you want for personal use, you cannot upload them to another server though. The 3d model is what is copyright and cannot be distributed without permision.

I am not sure why there is a problem when you can do what you want with the plane as long as you do not upload it.

These planes are free for you to use as you want and all I ask is that you do not distribute.

Thanks
Paul

Thanks. We are going to release a beautiful B-25 built by InkyOO very soon and have a good chance at getting a B-29 model in the near future as well as a Russian twin engine bomber.
