Exclamation **new Type Of Chopper**

Here is a new type of chopper that can touch its blades and tail without stoping them. You still can crash but your rotor blades won't be the cause of it.
My friend made this and i was like

What with all the edits Luv2Fly has done. Making a 3D Byron B-25. It's just childish. I don't hat "d" I just want some credit to along with the other people like scott grahm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Scotty:

Just pointing-out the obvious, but if you would like to know who gave someone the heli, and you are the creator, and you told him to keep it for himself, don't you already know who gave someone the heli?

Also, did you create the entire aircraft, or just the modified rotor dynamics? Inquiring minds want to know!

What is the point of this chopper?you would never get a chopper in real life to do that and G3 is supposed to be a simulator not a game.

For training of course. You can't hit a red reset button in real life either, this just makes it a little easier to do 'on the deck' flying.

Also, depending on how honest you are with yourself you can do some things with this that a 'real' rc heli CAN do and G3 CANNOT, for example... scrape the blade on the ground, cut grass, and touch the head button on the ground. Now if you F up and the heli torques over, ie crashes, but doesn't break due to it's design, you still know you crashed. If you can bring it down right on the deck inverted and tap the ground a couple times and keep it in flight... it's ballsy, and it can be done in real life but not with the 'normal' helis in the sim - they explode.

Once again, thanks Scotty for the terrific idea in adding the 2nd set of heli mechanics, I'm still having a blast with it and I still love the visual effect.

I don't like it though. It isn't a solid way to go about learning G3. I agree with Inky00.

Nor is pressing the red button. If you want a nice solid way of learning to fly a heli while using G3 you would do the following.

1. Fly until you crash
2. Burn a random amount of money ranging from 100 - 350 dollars
3. Cover your hands in caster oil, dirt, and put some 3mm hex head screws in and out of something for 2 hours
4. Wash your hands
5. Hit the red button and fly again...

Your logic is just as asinine. Ask blueborg (snoopy) about this heli as a training tool, it's because of this heli and the advise of a few friends that he's come as far as he has with performing non-stop piro flips. He was getting very discouraged in the beginning by having to reset over and over. After a day or two of just being able to 'kick it up' off the ground his use of the neg collective in them allows him to keep them airborn now.

FWIW, here is my instructions for a 'nice solid way' of learning to fly an airplane in G3 because well, you gotta keep the sim as real as possible according to the above logic.

1. Fly until you crash
2. Go outside and pretend to pick up small peices of useful things from large piles of useless stuff
3. Cry alot
4. Burn 50 - 500 dollars depending on what plane you crashed.
5. Cry some more, perhaps have your family put you on suicide watch.
6. Wait 2 weeks to several months depending on what plane you crashed.
7 Hit the red button - repeat.

it's sad

You know, it's sad ppl crying about not getting enough credit for a build, a mod, and an idea.. You would think thanks enough is when ppl download your aircraft and are flying it, and using it to learn to fly, or learning to do they're own mods.. Like "how'd he make that work?" or "That gives me an idea".. Personaly this aircraft and many others, even those that don't fly so well, tought me how to fly under diffrent conditions, from real touchy, to being a flying brick, and learning new tricks like how to fix it, or how to make it better. Any aircraft built is a tool in it's own way to someone somewhere, and it's your right to have your opion, but sometimes you should keep them opions to yourself, because ppl download aircraft for diffrent reasons, and ppl buy sims for diffrent reasons, that's why it's called a simulator to simulate. *very interesting word* "To create a representation or model of (a physical system or particular situation, for example)". doesn't mean and exact copy just a representaton or an idea..
So all in all, for me this and other aircraft are very usefull and are great learning tools no matter how outlandish they seem to be, and unreal they are to others..
Life is way too short, enjoy the moment, and learn all you can.

No Feelings where hurt during the writing of this post.. lol

Thanks for the addation to my collection
Keep them Crazy Aircraft a comming
Dream Big & Fly High

Regards....
