Well, its the plane itself then, cause the moveable pod is flat and level when it switchs front to back. Guess some are worse then others, oh well.

By all means, go for it. As far as dealing with the moveable pod and its issues, I cant seem to think of anything else to fix So if you can, wonderful

flying today was cut short due to rain, so i found some time. Try this out, i made a few other changes as well to the physics, i believe it is a little more aerobatic considering waterfalls and blenders now.

Thanks for your effort in this, it does indeed fly nice. On comparison though, I really cant tell all that much difference in flying them inverted, which was the requested problem to begin with. But did you just make the airlerons a bit bigger? Trying to find exactly what you did, but either way, I think planes will just tend to do this flying backwards, which really wasnt the way there meant to fly any how

I thought the problem we were discussing was hovering inverted? The original model you released had a bad tendency to fall to the belly when hovering inverted. And that was a CG issue, I fixed that and then added a little more prop wash, power, and gave it more deflection. Try some waterfalls, blenders and inverted hovers and compare it to yours, you'll see the difference.

Well, now I notice the difference. Aparently, it kept loading my previous model physics over yours, so I wasnt noticing anything. Loaded a heli, flew around, then loaded your version, and there it was. The cg did make the biggest difference, from my point anyways. So thanks for that, now Ill now what to look for first in my future vpp variants... Thanks

No problem, usually when something has really bad flight characteristics its something simple such as CG.

However HOW you change the C.G. has a rather dramatic effect.

Merely changing the C.G. parameter in the editor has the adverse effect of producing unrealistic flight characteristics.

The actual plane components should be modified FIRST to get the C.G. into approximately the correct area.

Then the C.G. parameter can be used to fine tune the model behaviour.

Thanks to inky00 for this fine model, here are both the vpp variants of the "AirfoilZ Yak". This one was by far the most difficult to make into a vpp. After quite some time messing with battery placement, cg, control throws; this was the best that I could get it. This one will require some funky techniques and some practice to get into inverted hovering. I come in with full aileron, either way, and that some what helps. Stick with it though, as it is possible. Enjoy

Inky00, once again, comes through with a fine model Here are both the vpp variants of the "Byp-Yak". His updated model was used, and was a fine transition to vpp. Took nothing more than to add the nesecary equiptment. Enjoy
