Control throw adjustment

I'm sure I'm missing something simple, but how do I change control throws?

if you go to the editor.

go tot he surface you want to change(horizontal tail, vertical tail, wing) then click that, then under should pop out, elevator or rudder or ailerons, pending on which surface your changeing, and then adjust the deflection,(dont change the negatives or posotives signs. the first one should be a posotive, the bottom should be negative).
