Not a bad idea. I see this at the field. Are you wanting a 50 mph pace, though?

You would be trying hover training at f.i. 100 mph?
If you have this option, and the ground isn't visible, you won't have any idea about the speed of the heli or yourself!
You would be in hover training at maybe 100 mph? At this speed the heli would ofcourse do very strange things like adding collective pitch by it's own when you try to "hover" backwards. I know what you might want to accomplish, because i've done this at the field as a beginner, but I very much doubt this will work fine in any simulation. It would, however, be very nice to get the opinion of the G4 team theirselves... Kind Regards, Marco. |

if there was a way to make it so the pilot spawn point was not locked
it would be like a chase cam that stayed on the ground. because IT stayed on the ground, the ground would be visable except for when the heli or slow flyer went over your head at which point when your view turned to follow the heli/slowflyer the ground would be visable again. AS IF you were WALKING behind the heli/slowflyer. it would be more life like, unless AMA rules state that a person cant move. If I wanted to fly something at 100 mph I would'nt use the chase cam i like G4, to me its a RC sim not a game, though it is as fun as one. If I wanted a game i would have got Flight Simulator X from MS. If there was a way in console to limit chase cam to a max height of 5 or 6 feet, that could work. O yea and a "I dont know" is a acceptable answer
