Installation issues

I've bought a Real Flight G4 from a friend but after installation when I try to run start the main page and disappear. Nothing happens after that.

I do not get any error message. If I install the demo version it works perfectly.

Checked DirectX and it's working fine.
I'm using latest video drivers and Win XP Prof. SP3

System: Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3 (2600.xpsp.080413-2111)

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs)

Memory: 2048MB RAM

DX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)

Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT 512MB

MFR: ATI Technologies Inc.

Version: 6.14.0010.6844 (English)

Date: 8/1/2008 00:32:35, 311296 bytes

CD-ROM (?:\) LITE-ON DVDRW LH-20A1L (?)

Installed in: C:\Program Files\RealFlightG4

Free Disk Space (C:\): 981342 mb free

Any Ideia what could be causing that...????????????

Thanks...!!!!!

I would assume your "friend" also sold you the Futaba controller that comes with the package? ? ? Without that, you will get to the opening screen, and when you click "Run Realflight" the message "no interlink controller found" will pop up. Are you sure that is not what is happening ?

Good luck, Jim

Just to avoid confusion, the included controller is called an Interlink. It is modeled after a Futaba controller, however.
