Error Attempting to Run G4.5

I've loaded the software successfully and when attempting to get to the first screen (airport and initial airplane) I get an error:

Error: D3DERR_INVALIDCALL
File: .\DXEFFECT.cpp
Line: 836

It loops between Line 836 and 896. I updated my video driver but I still get the same thing. Any suggestions?

Get a new video card. Yours is an Intel, not capable of running advanced 3D apps.

What vedio card do you recommend?

Nvidia 8800 or 9800 will do very well. Make sure you know what kind of slot you have for a video card. I hope your computer is not a laptop?

No, it's a Dell Inspiron 530s desktop.
