How to set the radio control switch to low rate.

So far, there is no manual available for the RF Basic. I'm trying to set the switch to low rate.

There should be a switch in the front face, upper left corner. Flip it one way for high rates, the other way for low rates. Activate and hold your elevator to view the difference.

It is also possible that the plane does not have pre-configured low and high rates... As Jeff suggested, hold (for example the elevator) all the way down. Flip the switches.... if the surface "jumps" then that is the rate switch.
