need help

Dad got a new computer two months ago and my rf3.5 worked great on it for about a month but now whenever I turn rf on a little window comes up that says realflight has stopped working. Anyone know what is wrong with it or know how to fix it? Also, I don't think the sim accualy quit working, because my dads google internet home page started doing the same thing at the same time. The computer has windows 7 if that has anything to do with it.

That's not the one that is in the G3 section, but it will work. Post your diag dump as a file in this thread.

One problem, the rf launcher wont turn on. What do you mean by diog dump?

Also, my g4 demo is doing the same thing as my g3.5.

Wow, that's a record. Usually takes my wife and kids 6 months to dork their PC.
No way are they allowed near Daddy's PC.

How's your dad about PC maintenance? Maybe it's time for some filesystem cleanup, removing software packages, helpers, etc... that you don't really need.
Something got on there that is messing it up.

Make sure he does it, you don't want to mess around with files he might need.

He is really bad at pc maintenance. But he does know a guy that is good with computers.

IMO... if the launcher won't work ...I would back up any custem content (custem AVs, CSs and swap page content) in the G3 folder that is in "My Documents"
and try to Un-install /Re-install RF using the Windows "ADD /Remove Programs"
(you'll find it in the "Control Panel") and see what happens
(make SURE you DO have the serials#'s for both the discs/and interlink)

If the launcher does not start and it will not un-install, are you sure it was installed in the first place, LOL.

It was installed, I used it for several weeks.

Not being able to un-install it does not sound right.
