request for a fancyfoam mx2 model

hi everyone i just want to request that please make a fancy foam mx2 model epp or depron anyone have any gutts/skills to make it?

Guts? Is there something gutsy about modeling planes? What are we all 4 years old now? "I dare you to make a plane" pfft
How about posting pics of your request? Track down a 3 view for the modeler. Give a good reason why this should warrant 50 plus wage free hours of someone's time.
Maybe if you sounded excited about the project you could pique someone's interest. Try again with a little respect.

It's nothing more than a GUTLESS requestor CHALLENGING someone else to make a plane that he wouldn't DARE to do himself.

Add 'Guts' to the list of completely ineffective words when requesting a model. Nice to see someone use words other than 'challenge' and 'dare.' Guts. That's funny!!

He doesn't appear to be fluent in English. Let's give him the benefit of the doubt. He must be from another country. It looks like it was a real struggle for him to put those words together.

"Skills" is also a bit offensive actually. As if any one of us might not be able to make it.

You're right - add "skills" to the list. First post or not, a request like that will never intrigue me. I don't think there are any active modelers here who feel they need to prove to anybody that a model can be built. It's a very ineffective strategy to try to tempt a modeler. It's akin to members telling KE what they need to do to RF in order to increase sales. A personal request disguised as a marketing strategy that KE could never think of for themselves. Both are tactics that the member thinks is clever, and never been done before. Both have actually been done many, many times. Yawn.

If I've said it once, I've said it a million times - 3-views, specs, and reference photos are what tempt me. I would never build a plane where those are not provided. Show me a model that I think is cool, and I'll probably build it.

Guts? Skills? Come on. A foamy is a good first model for someone to give their own "skills" a try. You got em?
