It may be possible to do the open and full canopies for this one (engine to show). I see In the second pic the full canopy is laying on the ground.

Have never seen the kind of flaps/spoilers/etc as are under the wing..

It looks like the three pods on the bottom of each wing are some sort of flap support or stop to limit their travel
Nice interior shots in the vid-- should be helpful in the CS!

Looks to me like a fowler flap support. With a thin wing like that its next to impossible to do that movement without an external support.

I found a 3 view in the manual of the FK14 polaris HERE. Page 1-2 It's not very correct especially for the Le Mans but It may be enough for a start.
I like working with 3 views that are a bit more detailed though. Oh well I'll giver her a go.

Yeah, that is pretty rough. There is going to be a lot of sculpting on this one.
