My airplane and heli mega packs did not transfer over to RF7. Now where did I put the darn disks?

The migration tool is only designed to move custom content. Expansion Packs and Mega Packs are not included.

(As a knowledgeable user, you could just copy the appropriate .DCKs...)

You can just copy the files over from your 6.x install.

The file itself is a .zip archive. Most recent versions of Windows have zip support built-in (it calls them "compressed folders"). If you're running a version of Windows that lacks zip functionality, you can download and use a 3rd-party program like WinZip or WinRAR to open it.

Inside the zip archive is an ordinary Windows executable (.EXE) which you should be able to run directly.

What am I doing Wrong?

I'm trying to download/save this file but instead of it saving as a .zip file it is saving as a .php file, whatever that is. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi, I'm new to RealFlight, I bought a used G4 version with controller and upgraded to 7.5, I downloaded Add-Ons Volumes 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 and a few custom aircraft from various versions, what migration tool do I need to run?

Thank You,
GJS

If you only have a "few" aircraft you are better of NOT using the tool and just reinstalling the aircraft.
