What the hell you see on those flying mixers. They are always vibrating on their way to crash.

I put the gun on the plane tonight and added some baked on colors. There's still lots to do before I release a beta I haven't even started on the physics yet and also haven't started on the Vickers Gun either, but the Lewis Gun looks pretty good on top of the plane. I haven't added anymore details to the Lewis Gun but I added quite a few detail to the Sight. I guess the rest of the details for the Lewis Gun could be done in the color scheme. Anyway here's a render of where it's at.

It looks nice. I didn't now you were doing the guns. And GunHead I prefer the term flying lawn mowers. I know I never want to have a finger or anything else come close to those blades on my bigger helis. Of course I saw a video recently on a big plane (Flying Giants ?) where the guy lost his thumb and a couple fingers. It took out bone and all.

At first I was modeling the Eberhart SE-5E which was the American version of the RAF SE-5a but it was built after the war ended out of parts already shipped to the US from England so it was used as an advanced trainer which didn't have guns so I wasn't going to do any. But later I changed it to the RAF SE-5a and it needed guns since that was one of the major fighters of WW I. So guns it is. ha.. Don't fly it near your choppers or it will shoot them down

I thought the Lewis Gun and Sight needed more work so I went back this morning and modified them. I reduced the width of the gun mount rail and the diameter of the Sight. I also made the sight mount legs narrower. Now I need to add the windshield then I'll put it in RF and start working on the physics. I'll go back after that and add the Vickers Gun. Here's a render after the mods I did this morning.

I just finished the windshield so I guess it's time to import it into RealFlight and start working on the physics.

Hey Doug, It`s not that hard to do the planes (time wise) IF, you`ve got experience, I had to do the PZl over twice, by the third attempt, I was able to do redo it (from scratch)I n a day and a 1/2, even though, it was my first build ever, of coarse, then came the mapping, physics..etc. My point being, it`s not that hard. I`m only bringing this point up because, if I recall, you were going to give it a shot, Have you given up on that idea ????. Also, wanted to ask you about the CS your thinking about doing on this plane (pic please), I`m not sure if I`ll do one yet. ??? just don`t want to step on your toes. I did find a (hard to find) graphic that my encourage me though, If I don`t use it (do a CS) I`ll give it to you , if you don`t already have it. here`s a pic. I`ve got a bigger pic. of the character in the middle graphic.
