Transmitter Interface problems

Hi there,

I am having a heck of a time getting this darn interface to work. Nothing I have tried has made any difference. I have tried the BIOS changes, two radios (an FP-T7FGH, and a 4 channel FM Conquest). What am I missing? I have called customer service, but they were not much help. They just suggested all that is on the web site. The software seems pretty neat, but it would be neater if I could control the airplane. Is there any type of diagnostics I can perform on the parallel port and the interface without the radio? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

I had a similar problem. First off make sure your radio is set for FM, not PCM. Next I went into controll pannel/game controllers...I found a real flight controller listed. I removed the real flight controller.
Next I uninstalled using the real flight control pannel, and removed everything, including the serial numbers.
I then restarted, and reinstalled the software.
After jumping through all these hoops, I got my TX. interface to work.
