I cannot get into the online update!!!!! THIS SUCKS!!!!

I have vresion 219 running now but get nothing but a white screen with sound. I am running XP . I have upgraded the control panel to 208 (got that off the beta webpage) but I still cannot get logged on to the primary or secondary website to get a updated version of G2! I had a updated version that I got off the beta page and it worked, but had to format and lost it!. Is the website down or why can I not connect? This program is great when its working but its a BIG waste of money when I cannot get it to work. Any hints? Can I get the update from somewhere else?

I still cannot find a way to update this! The crapy version 219 will not work with XP. The beta version is moved to the normal server and the normal and secondary servers are DOWN! I tried the phone # on the site and its bust 24-7 ! what kind of customer support is this? I am getting tired of this.
