HELP!

Got G2 for Christmas. Have updated video and sound cards and been through all of the troubleshooting sites at least a dozen times. The graphics still freezes (every time) but the sound stays on. (Imagine hearing your plane crash when it's still sitting on the runway!!!). Any suggestions from you brains out there? Thanks, Wino

(While on your computer's desktop)
Click on Start
Click on Run
Type "dxdiag" in the form box and hit enter

This will open a window labeled Directx Diagnostic Tool. Click the button at the bottom of the window labeled "Save All Information..." This will save all the information into a text file. If you could send this text file to me at rfsupport@hobbico.com with a small message telling the problem, we can help you solve your problem asap.
