Please Plug in NEXSTAR interface....Problem

Hi ive purchased the Nexstar from hobbico and ive installed the simulator on my pc everything worked fine. This mourning when i tried to use the simulator again it asked me to Please plug in the Nexstar Interface and press ok. but the remote is plugged in and turned on, so ive installed it on my laptop(penitum 4 1.7ghz) and ive got the same problem now i cant eve use it annywhere.
Is there drivers where i can download for the futaba T4YBF?
p.s i have direct 9.x on all machines and are up do date(drivers)

Did you ever get this resolved. My PC also says Plug In Controller, but the light is on. I've reinstalled everything.
