Unable to update software

Hi,

I have been trying to connect to your server for online registration & updates since early december.
Got a mail from realflight support Dec 15 telling me your server is down and that you can't tell when it will be up. So, whats happening ? Still struggling ?

Have you tried using the backup server for updates? This KB entry will tell you how to access the backup server. If you need to get a newer version of the control panel, as outlined in the above KB entry, you should be able to get the newer control panel here.
