Small Bug - Nobler rudder does not move.

After flying the Nobler around for a few hours yesterday, I noticed the rudder does not move when adding input. The aircraft does, however, respond to rudder input when in flight. It should be an easy fix for the fix team.

If you edit the plane you can fix it.
Edit - Airframe/Vert Tail/Rudder - Component Frame = ~CS_MMR.
Should work til the next patch.
