Armed Input on governor

New member so don't know if this is the right place for this but have noticed that the Armed Input on the governor does not work, neither in the Beta Vehicle Editor nor in RX7.5. Researching the forum indicates it hasn't worked since G3. In other words, an attempt to assign a channel to arm or disarm the governor will end in total frustration. I notice recent helo designers using the governor for rotor control ignore this input so they must be aware of this bug. Workaround is possible but a pain, requiring many modifiers and mixers.

Also while I am in a bitchy mood how about an altitude sensor and a heading sensor, to go with the engine RPM sensor (the independent one, not the one on the governor)? Would be nice to be able to build an auto pilot and slave the elevator to altitude and the rudder (and/or alerons) to heading.

Why would you want to fly without a gov in the first place though? It's a pita. Governed is so much better in terms of rpm consistence, control power, tail power etc etc.

Using it on fixed-wing aircraft to create a constant-speed propeller (like on real airplanes) and also to test engine mods for best fixed-prop pitch. ON for straight and level cruise, climb, dive, OFF for takeoff and landing and other messing around.
