Well a little more work on the mapping. I have the top and bottom wings and the left and right hstab mapped so still plenty to go. But that's enough for now I'm going to hit the hay and get some sleep.
As an added bonus, your awesome periodic updates are giving me insight into the process, for when I want to make an EA myself.I resized and moved all the parts to the grid in 3ds max and created a template for the color scheme. Now I need to start a new color scheme because the new mapping is totally different. Once I get some color on it I'll need to do the 1x1 mapping. So quite a bit of progress but still lots to do. Here's a picture of the mapping.

Yes dihedral has that self-righting thing which works against aerobatics. The older biplanes had it sometimes but I didn't see any dihedral in the pictures of the real model or the plans so I'll leave the bottom wing flat.The lack of dihedral should make it more of a stunt flyer. Am I right?
