The PT-19 (and PT-19 electric) are located in Add-on volume (2); although, you'll probably want to get all five volumes.

i fixed up the PT 19 CS as well as did an AV

Here is the Great Planes 56.5 in span Electric PT 19 i used brentg's excellent Eflite Electric PT 19 for this AV so make sure you grab his original for this AV flaps on channel 6 , has springy main gear and use a little rudder with Ailerons...
