Realflight 7.5 crashed set itself all back to defaults.

That's right RF 7.5 Crashed. and when I restarted it EVERYTHING is now
at defaults, LOST months of stuff.
Model customizations, settings everything.

Looking at the My Documents folder and RF7 folders everything LOOKS intact.
But the program is running completely default like it was just installed.
Even the TX calibration is GONE.

Where did everything go?
This is NOT the first time this has happened.
I've had enough of this.

How do you back it up? How do you restore it? Where is everything saved?
This is maybe the 4th or 5th time I've seen the software go back to defaults on it's own. On different systems.
This time I'm going to ask about it.

Hi and thanks for the reply.
I appreciate it.
Although I don't think it applies to my specific situation.

I'm not running scripts or doing any "unsupported" activities.
My only mods are some minor tweaks to the default aircraft in the sim.
those are my custom aircraft that were lost.
Not downloaded models or anything like that.
The software crashed and upon restart was back to all default settings.
I even lost my Realflight controller calibration and Multiplayer settings.
It behaved exactly like it was a fresh default Ralflight install.

I'm looking for help in recovering from this.
WHERE did all the settings go?
Or where *were* they before they "went away" so that In the future I can back them all up and re-apply them when and if this happens again.
I had a lot of aircraft tuned they way I wanted them to fly and that is mainly what I lost that I am worried about.
Thanks.
